Our firm leased a newly renovated space on the second floor to the Park Plaza Clinic (Q3 2005) to provide Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, and Orthopedic Services. On the main floor, the project provided new space to AmeriServe International (Q2 2005), a special needs therapeutic clinic.
